My First Coding Experience

When I was a wee young lad in the 1st grade we would have "specials" everyday. Specials were a time of the day where we would visit another teacher in their classroom to learn about the topic they specialized in. Once a week we would have computer lab and one day she had us try code .org, code .org is a website made to help kids learn code through names you'd recognize like Minecraft and Star Wars. I remember messing around for hours in school and at home making various minigames in block code inside the Minecraft sandbox perchance. It became my favorite special and I enjoyed all the different games like their dance coding one where for some reason I only ever used the song "Take On Me" by A-ha, but who really knows. Unfortunately they pivoted into AI and the games are now a lost memory, AI really destroys everything.
