Who Left Me this Overly Cheery Comment?!?

Hi! If you're reading this, there's a fairly good chance you've gotten a ridiculously nice comment from yours truly. You may be wondering: Who are you? What powers do you have? Why didn't my friend get a comment but I did? Who even let you on this site? All questions to be sure; but if you were hoping for answers, you're more optimistic than me!
