Why I Joined Coding

I joined coding because the original jobs I wanted didn't have the type of pay I think anybody would be comfortable with, as civilian jobs within law enforcement are not the most common and still require adequate degrees. So, to get my money's worth of university and a long term job, I opted to learn a skill anyone could learn if they wanted to: coding. Lucky for me, there was a trade school program available, and I applied as soon as I can. The first few weeks were heavily centered around navigating code via the information within command line, building a webpage with HTML code, and learning how it pairs with CSS. We're actively using this information to make a tribute website to whatever we like, and I chose Raising Cane's! All in all, I'm very glad I chose to learn coding.
